Our mission is one of commitment and value by a small family in a middle-sized American town. From our founding by Jim Bishop Sr. in 1964, our traditional business approach and old-fashioned ethics have resulted in extraordinary customer satisfaction and healthy growth. As a family-owned company we don't have board members or greedy investors to answer to--which allows us to focus our energies on the most important people in our industry, our customers.
We love what we do. Maybe that's why we're more concerned with providing excellent quality, value and service than anything else. After all, it would be awfully hard for us to put our family name on anything else.
